"I have been working out with Paul since May of 2006. Since that
time, I have lost about 25 pounds...But more importantly, I have
become so much more aware of health and fitness. I have learned
about making important food choices. I have become so much stronger. When I first started, I could do a minute on the step mill; now I do 20 minutes without stopping. When I started with weights, I could manage to do a pull up or two. Now I can do 15 without stopping. I can't believe I would ever say this, but I actually look forward to my gym sessions- mainly because of Paul. He's a great motivator, and his easy-going style makes him a great trainer. But

I started working with Paul Mickelbart with different goals than
most. I am a Police Officer and I was preparing for a physical abilities
test for our Tactical Response Teams. I already thought of myself as
being in pretty good shape, but I knew I would be competing with
the best the police department had to offer. Paul prepared me by
using exercises I had never
used before. I saw my strength grow in
areas I had not seen in years. Paul did a great job explaining the
purpose of the exercises and why it resulted in my gains. He was
also a great motivator and made working out fun. In the end, I
finished in the top on the test and attribute that success to my
workouts with Paul. I recommend Paul to anyone no matter what his or her goals may be. - Tony
